This session will address what Congress has in store for home care and hospice- the expansion of access to healthcare at home, payment rates and delivery model reforms. What does the center for Medicare and Medicaid Services have in store for home care and hospice? Dombi will review the 2022 payment rule direction, claims oversight, quality of care, and innovation in care and payment. Workforce issues affecting business opportunity, including recruitment and retention vs increasing demand, workforce compensation and benefits, and Congressional and White House impacts will be discussed.
