Anthony J. Citrolo is a Managing Partner and Founder of The NYBB Group, LLC. and NYBB Commercial Real Estate. His original company New York Business Brokerage was founded in 2003 and is the legacy company which was the basis for today’s successful organization. Anthony represents privately held companies seeking professional representation from an intermediary as they look to sell what is typically their largest asset, their family-owned business and often the associated real estate. Anthony’s clients include private equity groups, individual entrepreneurs, independent financial sponsors and companies with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million. These are typically companies with adjusted EBITDA of $500K to $5 million. Anthony represents clients in all industries, with specialties in business services, HVAC including contractors across the entire spectrum and construction. Anthony is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) for over 40 years, a CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) and a CM&AA (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor) having founded NYBB over 18 years ago. He has been advising middle market and privately held companies as well as family-owned businesses in search of either a successful exit or targeted acquisition. Anthony began his career with Deloitte and has been entrepreneurial having owned and operated several successful businesses in addition to his own tax practice. In addition, Anthony is a New York State Real Estate Broker as well as holding the designations in the past of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). Anthony is a certified member of The John Maxwell team coaching individuals and teams on Leadership. He is also a JMT certified speaker. Throughout his career, Anthony has worked on M&A engagements in many markets, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, business services, professional practices, health care, franchising and retail. He has also created a Growth through Acquisition program for middle market and larger companies who seek the advantages derived by combining targeted acquisitions as part of their strategy for expansion. This has provided accredited value and has been adopted as a creative exit strategy. Anthony is a presenter on both Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Exit Strategies. Groups have included the New York Society of CPAs, the National Conference of CPAs, the Nassau Bar Association, among others. He has been recognized as an industry expert by Business Brokerage Press that publishes the Business Reference Guide, recognized as a primary source of data for professional valuation. He is regularly quoted on issues concerning the marketplace for privately held companies and family-owned businesses. Anthony is the president of NYABB (New York Association of Business Brokers), a past board member of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors and co-founded the Long Island Chapter and a member of the first board of the New York chapter. He is a co-founding member of the Business Exit and Succession Planning Committee for the New York State Society of CPAs, having chaired that committee for the NYSSCPA for 2 years. Anthony is a past chair for Easter Seals Long Island and is a past president of the Accountant Attorney Networking Group (AANG)). Craig R. Morris is the Principal and owner of our Craig Morris & Coompany, CPA’s. He graduated cum laude from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York in 1974 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business. He then spent seven years with the Big Four, international accounting firm now known as Deloitte. He left there to begin Craig Morris & Company in 1981. Craig has extensive experience in all levels of client service, from individuals to large publicly held corporations. In addition to servicing the needs of ongoing tax and accounting clientele, Craig has handled various levels of specialized tax planning associated with selling or buying businesses, formation of entities and the preparation and filings of initial public offerings. Craig has been an adjunct professor of accounting in the graduate and undergraduate divisions of Adelphi University. He has been active in the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving as Committee Chairman, lecturer, Executive Board Member and Officer since 1983. He currently serves as Chairman of the Continuity of Practice Committee, was Chapter Vice President and received the prestigious Distinguished Service Award, for many years of devotion to the profession. Craig completed a six year term as Treasurer of the Nassau Chapter of the American Red Cross, where he was honored for volunteer leadership and dedicated service; and has served the Long Island Association Small Business Council Programs and Services Committee. He is licensed to practice as a CPA in New York and Florida, and previously held Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as the Personal Financial Specialist credential. Craig is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Larry is one of the founding members of the firm and has over 30 years of experience advising privately held companies, professional practices, investment pannerships and entrepreneurial people in all areas of taxation, accounting and auditing, business management and life style management. He also brings extensive credentials to his clients. Larry graduated from American University, in Washington, D.C. with a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He received his formal accounting training at a prestigious medium size accounting finn in New York City. After spending several years there, working in both the auditing and tax depanments, he joined forces with Elliot J. Katz in 1991. In 1995, they formed Katz & Bloom, CPAs, LLC, which became Katz Bloom & Schon CPAs LLC in 2009, and then BloomSchon CPAs LLC upon Mr. Katz's retirement. Larry is very passionate about his work and enjoys being a value added integral pan of his clients planning team. He has a hands- on approach to problem solving and enjoys counseling firm clients. helping them to achieve their business and personal goals. In addition to being a CPA, Larry is a Chanered Global Management Accountant. The CGMA designation demonstrates management accounting expenise, detennination and commitment to achieving sustainable business success. The issuing body is a joint venture owned by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the designation requires a combination of exams, experience and other membership requirements. Larry is licensed by the New York Department of Financial Services as an agent for Life, Accident and Health Insurance. He integrates this license as part of advising clients on retirement planning strategies particularly focusing on planning for long-tenn care. In his spare time Larry enjoys playing basketball, hiking, traveling and spending time with his fami ly.

Carl Peterson, CPA CGMA, AICPA Vice President – Small Firm Interests Carl Peterson is Vice President of Small Firms at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. In this role, he serves as the small firm advocate and representative for the profession. In this capacity, he meets with firms regularly to understand their issues and represent these firms from an advocacy and firm development perspective. Peterson serves as the voice of small firms within the AICPA on standard-setting, regulatory and small business issues. He is responsible for ensuring AICPA initiatives continue to meet the needs of small firms. Carl has been identified as one of the Top 100 Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today, 2014 thru 2021. Carl is also a technical advisor on the International Federation of Accountants Small Medium Practice Advisory Group.
