Matt is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Risk & Financial Advisory practice and serves as Deloitte's Cyber M&A. Matt is based out of the New York Office and has more than 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity area with a focus on M&A, Governance, Risk and Compliance, program management, third party vendor risk management and Board outreach. In addition, Matt is a prior regulator at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and has extensive experience in regulation, compliance, policy, oversight, third party risk, risk and vulnerability management.
