Jason Forte serves as a Senior Vice President of RXR. Mr. Forte is responsible for the leasing, budgeting, marketing, capital planning and strategic growth initiatives for RXR’s 3 million square foot Long Island commercial portfolio. Throughout his 18 years at RXR, Mr. Forte has been instrumental in the successful leasing of over 10,000,000 square feet across RXR’s commercial portfolio along with the daily coordination and integration of RXR's Construction and Property Management divisions. Prior to joining RXR, Mr. Forte served for 10 years as a Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Services Division where he successfully completed over 5,000,000 square feet of leasing and sales transactions throughout the U.S. Mr. Forte holds a Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Political Science from Towson University. Mr. Forte is a member of the LIADC Real Estate Committee and participates with The Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America. Mr. Forte resides in Dix Hills with his wife and three children
