He has assisted dentists with buying and selling professional practices, with drafting associate agreements (both employment and independent contractor), with joint ventures, with professional entity formation (PC, PLLC and LLC) and with lease negotiations. Through the years, Robert has honed his legal skills working with dental professionals, and he has developed unique tools to assist clients in achieving their goals. Robert has been a licensed nurse since 1992. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked in nursing in areas as broad as orthopedic trauma at a Level 4 facility, ICU/CCU, large medical offices with 30+ physicians, medical rehabs, and even on a locked unit with psychiatric patients. During the last few years of his nursing career, he worked as an Alzheimer/dementia educator in central Illinois. His work as a nurse gives him an incredibly unique perspective into the world of healthcare. Robert graduated from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota in 2009, and he immediately moved to Nyack, New York with his spouse. He passed the New York bar on his first attempt.
