Jenni is a managing director in Citrin Cooperman’s National Tax Office and the practice leader of the Tax Procedure and Controversy practice. Jenni has over two decades of combined legal and accounting experience and has extensive experience dealing with complex tax issues, including partnership audit procedures under the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) and the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (BBA). Joseph Wiener specializes in mergers and acquisitions in RSM US LLP’s Washington National Tax practice. A licensed attorney, Joseph develops firm policies and advises clients on transaction-related federal tax issues. Navin was involved with the launch of the first major crypto fund in the US back in 2013. Navin has more than 25 years of work experience in both the public and private industry. Navin began his career as a tax attorney for a large oil and gas firm in Houston, Texas.
