Stephanie Thomas is a woman with a disability working in the fashion industry to empower her community to dress with as much dignity and independence as possible. TEDx Talk. Los Angeles-based Stephanie Thomas is the creator of the award-winning DISABILITY FASHION STYLING SYSTEM: ACCESSIBLE, SMART, FASHIONABLE®, which guides her work as the CEO and Founder of Cur8able®, A Health and Fashion Tech Company developing an AI-enhanced Disability Fashion Stylist based on the Stephanie Thomas Styling Method. Cur8able® is also one of 77 disability-related companies from around the globe spanning 6 continents and 19 countries featured in The Valuable 500 Directory which assists The Valuable 500 collective in prioritizing disability initiatives and best practices. Stephanie is a speaker and editor who’s celebrated as a Create & Cultivate Fashion 100 honoree, and a Business of Fashion #BOF 500 fashion professional moving the global industry forward. Her adaptive fashion journey began thirty years ago as an advocacy campaign and has become her life's work. She holds an M.A.C. in communication and an M.A. in Fashion Journalism, and is an executive DE&I council member for Comcast / NBC Universal.
