Ronald J. Carlen, partner at Citrin Cooperman’s New York City office, has been appointed to serve as Chairman on the New York Society of CPAs International Tax Committee for 2016-2017. The committee is responsible for monitoring and addressing questions on Federal and State legislation and rules relating to cross border tax issues including reporting obligations.
