GREGORY GIUGLIANO, Dix Hills, NY, was expelled from membership, effective July 15, 2024, under the provisions of NYSSCPA bylaws Article XIII - Professional Conduct and Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 3. Impairment of license to practice public accounting, and Section 5. Automatic Discipline. Mr. Guigliano applied to surrender his license with the NYSED, having not contested the charge of failing to sufficiently address and timely remediate ongoing deficiencies in a firm's quality control system.
