Even if you like your job, inevitably there will be tasks that you have to do that are less than engaging—after all, it is called work. According to Time, however, there are a few easy ways to keep your happiness levels high:
- Leave the office. If possible, spend time outside of the office. The change of pace will help you relax and take things one step at a time.
- Form healthy morning rituals. Try beginning your days with meditation, exercise, and/or a good breakfast.
- Be grateful. Be sure to show your gratitude and appreciation for the work of those around you, coworkers or not.Â
