NYCPA Elects New Board Members, Honors Award Recipients, and More at 2025 Annual Meeting
At the May 29 NYCPA Annual Meeting and Installation Dinner, members gathered in Manhattan to elect a new slate of officers for the coming fiscal year, recognize Society award winners, vote on proposed bylaws, and celebrate a year of progress for the Society.
During the event at The Edison Ballroom, the membership installed Kevin Matz as its 106th president, succeeding Kevin P. O'Leary.
Members cast a total of 758 votes in favor of the amendments to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of NYCPA, and 623 votes against. The proposed bylaw amendments were not approved by the membership as the vote count did not meet the two-thirds majority required for the amendments to pass. The minutes of last year’s meeting were approved.
The Society held an election to determine who will serve as the officers and directors for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. The membership has approved the following individuals:
