Withum announced that on June 1, Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas), a public accounting, tax and business advisory firm headquartered in Houston, Texas , joined its practice with Withum, according to a release from Withum.

PKF Texas’ 20 partners and roughly 160 team members will join the Withum team but remain at their Houston, TX, office at 5847 San Felipe St., Ste. 2600.

Additionally, Withum also brought on an established energy and oilfield services practice to its firm, These enhanced industry strengths resulting from the PKF Texas combination include: financial services, manufacturing, professional services, technology and private client services, as well as a robust menu of client accounting and advisory services.

The firm, which was established in 1974,  is headquartered in Princeton, NJ, Withum has a presence in major financial center throughout the U.S.
