
The NYCPA will hold its annual meeting, the President Installation and Awards Dinner on Thursday, May 29 from 6:00 to10:00 p.m. at The Edison Ballroom, 240 West 47th Street, in Manhattan.
At the meeting, Kevin Matz will be installed as the 106th president of the Society, succeeding Kevin P. O'Leary. This event will also feature cocktails, networking, dancing and a celebration of professional achievements.
During the event, the NYCPA will recognize the winners of the 2024 Society Awards, newly licensed CPAs and the recipients of the 2024 Emerging Leaders Award.
The event will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner and the program.
During the program, an election will be held to determine who will serve as the officers and directors for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. Six directors will be elected to four-year terms, and one director will be elected to a three-year term. The membership will also vote on a set of bylaws and conduct other business.
