Mr. Burrill joined Apollo in 2011 as a member of the Valuation Team, responsible for the value of private investments and facilitation of the valuation process, policies and procedures across all segments of Apollo. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Burrill was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a member of the Merchant Banking Division where he provided valuation and various fund performance services and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. as an Equity Research Analyst covering Mid and Small-cap Banks. Previously, he was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he provided various accounting related services to asset management and investment banking industry clients. Mr. Burrill earned a BS in Accounting and a minor in MIS from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephan is the leader of Valuation & Business Modeling in the Financial Services Office, a sub-service line of EY's Transaction Advisory Services. Over more than 20 years, Stephan has provided valuation and corporate finance services to clients in a variety of industries with a focus on financial services including financial institutions and asset managers. Stephan has provided these services for multiple purposes Including financial reporting, tax compliance, litigation, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning. Stephan is a frequent guest speaker at conferences on Fair Value, including ASA conferences and EV conferences such as the Hedge Fund Symposiums. He has authored numerous articles on valuation and corporate finance. Stephan Is a board member of the French American Chambers of Commerce (FACC) In New York and is a jury member of the French American Entrepreneurship Award (FAEA).Stephan holds a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the New York Society of Analysts (NYSSA).

Belanne Ungarelli is an Assurance Partner in the Asset & Wealth Management Practice within PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the New York office and leads our private equity efforts in NY Metro. Belanne has significant experience with investment companies in the private equity, venture capital, and hedge fund space. Specifically, Belanne has led engagements for several hedge, private equity and private equity funds of funds dealing with various issues related to valuation, capital allocations, ASC 740 and additionally helps clients in their new fund structuring process. She has also served as a lead engagement partner on several private equity funds sponsored by large banks. In addition to her work in the private fund space, Belanne serves as lead engagement partner and quality review partner on several business development corporations which are registered investment companies. For the past five years, Belanne has served on the AICPA’s task force to develop the new AICPA industry guide, “Valuation of Portfolio Company Investments of Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds and Other Investment Companies.” Since the release of the draft Guide in May of 2018, she has been meeting with clients and others regarding its implications and potential impact. Belanne is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The New York State Society, and the American Woman’s Society of CPAs, and is certified as a public accountant in New York, Connecticut and the District of Columbia. Additionally, Belanne is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
