About the Program

Are you ready to lead — not just with your title, but with purpose?

The NYCPA NextGen Leaders Institute is an accelerated immersive program designed to prepare the next generation of CPAs for leadership within their firms, organizations, and the profession. Through a mix of interactive virtual workshops, self-assessments, and real-world practice assignments, you'll gain the tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and influence.
Each monthly session features expert-led training with practical exercises and prework to help you apply what you’ve learned immediately — and elevate your leadership trajectory.

Participants will earn 12 CPE credits upon completion of the program.
