Ben started his career as a CPA in Silicon Valley accounting firms, where he learned the importance of rigorous analysis, objectivity and telling the straight truth. He started Towne Advisory in 2013 because he wanted to bring this rigor to the small business owners he cares deeply about. After starting Towne Advisory, he partnered with his longtime friend and colleague Alan Yang who runs the outsource accounting division of their firm. He's a San Jose native and a proud San Jose State University Spartan. At SJSU, he received the College of Business’s top award: Alpha al Sirat.
