Bio
Michael P. Enea, Esq. is an associate attorney at Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, LLP. Mr. Enea’s practice areas include Wills, Trusts & Estates, Tax Planning, Corporate Law and Elder Law. Prior to Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano, Mr. Enea was a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP and a private equity associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, advising public and private companies and financial sponsors in connection with mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul Crotty, United States District Court, Southern District of New York and as an intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Connecticut. Mr. Enea is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida and is a certified mediator in Connecticut. He was named a Rising Star in Thomson Reuters' Super Lawyers Metro New York list for 2023. Mr. Enea is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trust & Estates and Elder Law & Special Needs Sections), the American Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. Mr. Enea received a B.A. in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University, graduating magna cum laude, and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was an associate managing editor of the St. John’s Law Review. He is currently working on his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University
