John started his career in New York working for Arthur Andersen & Co (three years) and International Paper Company (nine years). In 1989, John moved back to Lake Placid and joined his father’s accounting firm, Adirondack Audit Co, where he now practices as a CPA. John is on the board of several regional Non-Profit organizations. He is the 2017 recipient of the Michael Urbach CPA Community Builder Award from the New York Council on Non-Profits (NYCON.) John has been a member of the NYS Society of CPA’s since 1989. He has served on the Board of Directors for seven years, including one year as Vice-President. He currently serves as President of NYSSCPA’s Adirondack Chapter.

Frank is a business law attorney whose primary areas of practice include corporate and business law, tax planning for closely-held, manufacturing and service businesses, estate planning and estate administration with a concentration in tax-related matters. He provides advice on choice of entity decisions, worker classification issues, corporate reorganizations, business succession planning and a variety of other tax issues. Frank has extensive experience in federal and state payroll matters involving taxation, withholding and reporting of income, including the preparation of Forms 941, 941-X, W-2 and W-2c. Frank has substantial experience helping clients resolve complex federal and state tax matters before both the IRS Appeals Office and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, including the Bureau of Conciliation and Mediation Services, the Division of Tax Appeals and the Tax Appeals Tribunal. Frank also has experience in a wide range of international tax matters, including treaty planning and interpretation as well as Forms W-8 and 1042-S withholding tax issues, involving both in-bound and out-bound investments. He frequently assists clients with immigration related tax matters involving workers performing services within the U.S. and abroad, including review and interpretation of Totalization Agreements as well as executive and employee transfer issues. Frank's practice encompasses several other areas, including multi-state taxation as well as not-for-profit governance and tax matters. He is also a certified public accountant. Previously, Frank practiced tax law with a large national law firm located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Before beginning his legal career, Frank was employed by a "Big 4" public accounting firm and later a multinational oil company, where his responsibilities included tax planning for domestic and international transactions, financial forecasting, development of business plans and the performance of manufacturing based, competitive analysis and business valuation studies.

Jennifer is the managing member of the firm's Albany office. She is a valued partner to and trusted advisor of her clients. She focuses her practice on corporate, tax, and estate and business succession planning matters. Jennifer advises privately held companies and individuals with respect to a wide range of corporate and tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, financial transactions, and complex trust and estate matters. In addition to her legal practice, Jennifer is the director of the M.S. in taxation program at the University at Albany, State University of New York, where she teaches courses on federal, state, and interstate taxation. She is also an adjunct professor at Albany Law School, where she teaches courses on corporate tax, partnership tax, state and local tax, and estate planning. Jen is also a member of the firm's compensation committee and chair of the firm's tax practice group.

Jessica is a business attorney who engages in a comprehensive practice comprising corporate and business law, property law and tax law matters. Jessica takes a comprehensive and practical approach to the practice of law. She advises individual, for profit, and nonprofit clients on navigating a range of complex corporate, business, property and tax laws to meet objectives and goals while identifying and mitigating risk. Jessica has particular experience in entity structuring, corporate governance, corporate and tax compliance, and stock and asset transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts to meet daily business operation needs. Jessica also counsels and assists clients throughout all stages of the purchase, sale, and refinance of commercial and residential real property and helps navigate post-closing matters as well. In addition, Jessica has advocated and negotiated on behalf of both entity and individual clients in tax disputes before both the Internal Revenue Service and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Prior to joining Bond, Jessica completed a two-year clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York. This experience provided her with a unique and developed perspective on the law as well as strong analytic and writing skills, all of which she utilizes each day in her practice.
