Donna Massanova is a retired Baker Tilly Partner, with over 30 years? experience in public accounting. She spent 21 years at Baker Tilly and its heritage firms, and 20 of those years as a partner, leading audit, accounting, and consulting services for public and private clients. She built and led one of the largest Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit practices in the U.S. and spearheaded the Philadelphia market?s Construction and Real Estate (CRE) practice. A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies and mid-market firms, Donna has deep expertise in fiduciary compliance, SEC 11-K filings, corporate governance, and M&A audit strategy. She also served as Chair of Baker Tilly?s 401K Committee, overseeing governance and compliance. Previously named one of the Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising, Donna now brings her expertise to Makosi?s Advisory Board, helping drive innovation in service delivery, risk management, and workforce strategy.

William is a certified public accountant in the USA in both Nevada and Utah and with over 15 years of experience at small local, top 100, and top 20 CPA firms. He currently specializes entirely in employee benefit plans, including audits and other client services. He has executed large, complex employee benefit plan audits including large 11-K audits and has led the employe benefit plan practice group for a firm with over 130 benefit plan audits. He received both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting from University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is also a CGMA and CFE, with years of experience in litigation, fraud, and forensic accounting projects. He brings sharp technology skills and an analytical mind to help build employee benefit plan practices.

Ajai is a certified public accountant in the USA and a former senior manager with experience at Withum and Calibre CPA Group. He specializes entirely in employee benefit plans, including audits and other client services. He has executed large, complex employee benefit plan audits and brings that extensive experience to Makosi to deliver meaningful results to its clients. Ajai's main passion is teaching and building strong relationships among teams. He is fascinated by technology and gadgets and finding faster ways to do things. He holds an accounting degree from American University in Washington, DC.
