    Experienced in all aspects of finance and accounting including financial reporting, treasury, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger and financial statement review. Worked with clients to prepare 10K and 10Q's as well as month-end and year-end close of books. Ms. Fountain was a Past Chief Audit Executive for two international companies. She has extensive experience in internal audit, internal controls and risk based internal auditing. She has been recognized for leading practice internal audit methods and strong board relations. Her book "Leading The Internal Audit Function" was released in October 2015 and highlights the requirements for internal auditors to properly abide by IIA Standards while balancing management's expectations. Ms. Fountain has significant background and experience in the areas of Corporate Governance, Ethics, Compliance and Board processes. Her third book titled "Ethics and the Internal Auditor's Political Dilemma" was released in December 2016.
