His introduction to SBA came when he was a commercial realtor, and his buyers were having trouble securing financing to submit offers. David has always been persistent and was introduced to SBA financing to help business owners finance real estate purchases. Since then, David has mastered the SBA program, learning from the best Lenders and underwriters in the industry. David has received multiple awards from lending partners and business coaching organizations alike. His dedication to getting deals approved has also resulted in multiple distinctions from the SBA, including recognition for outstanding service as an advocate for small business lending. Today, David continues to serve clients through his strategic relationships with the country?s top-performing bank and non-bank lenders. He has founded One Source Business Capital, built on a successful model that enables him to facilitate the lending process more effectively and efficiently?even in cases that might be seen as complex, unfavorable, or requiring more significant time and attention. Because of David?s highly respected reputation in the SBA industry nationwide, he received the SBA Loan Broker of the Year Award for 2025. In 2025, David was also selected to run and provide SBA loan training for the National Association of SBA Loan Brokers, a National Association created by the Coleman report, the national SBA reporting agency, to properly train loan brokers nationwide to underwrite and prepare loan credit memos for SBA loans to SBA lenders. David was also selected as the President of the National Association of SBA Loan Brokers. David?s responsibility is not only to ensure proper SBA loan training, but also to select the top SBA lenders in the country for association members to work with.
