As a Compliance expert regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the ERISA document and disclosure requirements, Mr. Sellitto is well-versed in all benefit plan offerings. He provides valuable insights and support to ensure our clients remain compliant and avoid potential penalties or legal issues. Before joining Bradley & Parker in 2013, Mr. Sellitto was President of Pension & Wealth Consultants, LLC, with over 30 years of industry experience.
