    Mr. Charly Weinstein, CPA

    Bio
    Charles Weinstein, CPA, CGMA, is the Chief Executive Officer of EisnerAmper LLP. Charly has more than 25 years of audit, merger and acquisition, public and private financing and industry consolidation experience. He is on the Board of Directors of PKF International, is currently the Chair of the Major Firms Group of the AICPA, where he has served on the Board of Directors, and is the Audit Committee Chair of the Legal Aid Society of New York. He is also an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Charly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he received his B.S. in Accounting.
